Read this article and you will get a big insight as to why faster RAM is never more economical. The price per performance gap is pretty large. So, to all you building computers and whatnot, you see why i Never suggest DDR2 -1066, its just not worth it.

To sum it all up, >50% more $$$ for <8% performance best case scenario, usually 1-4%.

Good info; glad I listened to you when I built mine as the RAM was not that much at all, overall 
Getting great framerates, too.
Man, I checked on the old computer (kids are using it, now), and my rates were 20-60 :O
I didn't really notice until I left the new one to watch them play on the old one.. WHen I was using it, I guess I got used to the laggy framerate.
