hey i made a new avatar
.. that moves!

but anyway i saved it as a gif file but when i put it as my avatar it didnt move !!!!

so if any one knows the problem please help

edit: i made it on adobe fireworks cs3

Are you sure coz it is still showing up as one you have uploaded to the Ville....

FYI: currently you are using an avatar that you had uploaded into The Ville board. As dog already said. But its also an png file instead of an gif file.

just to be sure, just saving the file in fireworks will generate a png file, as fireworks default file format for storing its data is png. You have to export the image (CRTL + SHIFT + X) into a format of your choice. In your case gif to be able to have an animated image. Consider also the 3rd tab "animation". For example there you can set the duration of each frame.
