The G-man is actually a representation of Herbert McGillicuty, who was with Buzzy when she sent the worlds first email. Many people do not know who Herbert is, but he was the one who suggested bridging the hotdogs and waffles together. Unfortunately, during the submarine hijacking Herbert was accidently mistaken for a torepedo (being a tall and rigid man) and was used to attack Buzzy. Needless to say Herbert did not survive, but Buzzy decided to model the G-man after him to keep his memory alive for all time.
