How the heck do I get the loading time down?
Takes me about a minute to get to the game and maby 2 to connect to a server
And I want my console out, it isn't giving it

Hmm...how much RAM do you have? I know when I first had TF2, I only had 1 GB of RAM and the load times were horrendous. Now I put another GB of RAM in its much faster.

To enable console it's

options
keyboard tab
advanced
check enable developer console

the above is done by going to your 'Games' tab, right clicking on TF2 and going to Properties. once there, the 'General' tab will have "set launch options", just add them in there as posted above.
