TF2 Skins? how to?

I really wanna learn how to make skins for TF2, both the textures and and the 3d model and whatnot. Does anyone know how to and can teach me, or know any good sites that teach you how to? ive never been at it with 3d and such, its time to learn i said I must broaden my knowledge base inside my little head lol

Im not exactly sure, but I know most people use a program called milkshape 3d for making models for the source games. I think it includes what ever's necessary for skins...

We made the servers sv_pure 2 a while ago.
No custom skins, no custom sounds, no sprays.

They'll work in other server or local servers, but not on TheVille. Then again, why would you visit other servers

Lack of sprays and my awesome Pyro and axe skins are a small price to pay.

Well it's really to prevent a wallhack and not so much prevent people from seeing custom stuff. I have a bunch of custom stuff but only ever see it when I set pure to 0 on funnights.
