The Mario Kart 8 YouTube playlist I've been listening to now has several of the alternate versions of the dynamic tunes from the game added into it. They're SFX-free too, unlike a lot of YouTube rips.

I like this particular track from The Last of Us:

The soundtrack was composed by Gustavo Santaolalla, who won two Oscars for Best Original Score for Brokeback Mountain and Babel.
