Most of the time when I get on I'm usually playing RainboxSix: Vegas (just doing the T-Hunt at the LVU Campus)

Yeah but if I do ever get TF2 it won't be for the 360...
Hate sounding like a cheap-skate, but I'm not sure if I want to spend the $30 for it... I tried Fortress Forever.. and I had no idea what I was doing. Wish I played TFC back inthe day with the rest of you guys and gals.

TF2 is not the same as FF.

FF is TFC with new skins and maps on the Source engine.
TF2 is a totally new variation on the game on the Source2 engine - much more professionally done, IMHO.

Dog's right on with those comments.

The source2 engine has a bunch of fancy lighting/shading/bump mapping stuff to make surfaces react realisticly as you move around.

They're going to do cross platform gaming with this?!

I knew they did it for Shadowrun when that came out for the 360 and PC, but wasn't expecting it to happen with TF2..

I'm a person who, depending on the game, is torn between console and PC gaming (mostly cause I've been doing both for about the same amount of time.)

And for a game like TF2 to come out and be cross platform, I'd love to just pwn ALL of the console nerds who think they're better at FPS' with their clumsy controllers

Well, PC gaming gets it's fair share of foul-mouthed whiny little brats, but it seems to me that console gaming is mostly comprised of kiddy llamas. That might be a little unfair, but honestly, that's how console gaming appears to me.
