Tips:
1) Bind the command "noclip" to a key on your keyboard so you can get around a map fast.
- You can do this by typing "bind key noclip"
- For example, I use the key "n" for my noclip, so I type in "bind n noclip"
2) Combine this script with the ones already in jump maps to get a "double protection".
3) If you need more help, contact me at http://steamcommunity.com/id/flytetf2
IMPORTANT: The script resets after you die, switch teams, or after the "Waiting for Players" period.

Re: How to practice rollouts [Regen Script]
You shouldn't use a regen for rollout practice, since your health throughout is super important, not just time.
I bind a key to a round restart (blanking on the command right now) and another key to "hurtme -180", and set sv_cheats 1.
Your "hurtme" command should vary depending on what class since buffs are different based on maxhealth and what medigun your medic runs. Going slightly over lets it decay a bit so you exit the spawn with approximately full buff.
When the pre-round starts, you hit your "hurtme" bind, do the rollout and when you're finished note your time and health.
When you're done, you hit the round restart bind, then repeat with the hurtme command.

Plinko has a good point, though a regen script is fine for learning the mechanics of the jumps first, before you worry about health. It's the same logic behind how most jump maps give you infinite health, since it's just about the mechanics.
