You probably shouldn't buy Tropico 4

So my issue is that Tropico 4 plays like an expansion pack and not a full release game. However, the price is $40. Anyways, I just feel that the price is pretty high for an expansion pack when you compare it to Tropico 4 expansion pack Absolute Power which retailed for $20.

Can you make some comparisons to 2 and/or 3? What are you not liking about it, just that lacking in content? I was seriously just thinking about picking it up this weekend and becoming El Presidente
