Heh, 10th playthrough you can go to Sheol, but if you pick up the chest, you get the ending instead.

I'm going to try and be vague while still cautioning those who have not made it that far. There is an item that is immensely powerful against both forms of Mom...but DO NOT use it on the boss of Sheol. It results in an instant death.

I wish it had been spoiled for me, I had a great build. Very anticlimacticPlinko wrote:Yeah, the wiki spoiled that for me. . .

A few random screenshots I've saved... there's no spoilers, just large images.

Actually... it didn't appear to do that at all. It was still the same for me.Plinko wrote:Yeah, the wiki spoiled that for me. . .

Speaking of, though, chocolate milk + brimstone is by far the most broken thing in the game.

From what I've read, that's must have been a glitch, it should always have you swap.

Re: The Binding of Issac
Finished the gave with Eve...it wasn't easy. I had more than a screen's worth of soul hearts going into the battle, and had just regular Brimstone and a couple of other items.

I actually never had her even go down to 1/2 a heart to activate the curse. It was a really lucky run though.

Note my health and my unused 1up. Had an amazing build.
Re: The Binding of Issac
By far my most amusing run:

Yes. Dr. Fetus, followed by Mr. Mega. Then, technology (which ended up shooting a short laser maybe 1/4 room width long in addition to the bomb), and lastly Bobby-bomb for homing bombs.
At first I thought I was screwed with bombs for my attack, but once I got the upgrades and got used to it, it was pretty ridiculous.

Re: The Binding of Issac
The Fetus in a Jar is just slightly less OP than Brimstone. It does take a bit to get used to but once you do it's a beast.
I tried playing through with Eve and Judas the whole plane ride home and the combination of their not being Cain, plus the laptop keyboard layout plus turbulence meant several hours of utter humiliation.
