I pre-ordered as soon as I saw it in the store. I never got into the series back in the day although it was always a curiosity(I remember looking at the box a few times while window shopping my local Babbage's while daydreaming about one day owning a PC that could run games). However I did play the version they released on the XBOX 360 Live Arcade a few years back with my roommate and it sucked many hours of my life away then.

Saturday night I was at a BBQ and two of my friends were talking about a game with worms blowing eachother up. So I immediately responded 'kamakazi!' and they were both like "OMG, you've played worms". Then I went into talking about worms reloaded and such, so I bought it the next morning.

Loaded it up, and apparently it by default forces a refresh rate or resolution that my 1280x1024 CRT can't handle, so I black screen. Looking at the steam forums it is apparently a widespread problem.

Only fix shown is to download some 3rd party app, which would be fine for freeware or a beta, but for a 15 dollar gold version of the game? c'mon!

I love this game already, I never played Worms too often, but I have the old N64 and SNES ROMs and thought they were cute, but this is just ridiculous fun, and it's fun.

Plus, Soldier items for TF2 if you buy it before september 2nd, lets hear it for more TF2 based advertising!

Got to play about 45 minutes before work. Was pretty fun. Default controls sucked bad but that was easily fixable.

yeah i'm gonna need to change some controls up. i keep accidentally killing myself from jumping weird or shooting at myself instantly

I bought my helmet and Holy Hand Grenades and got this game with them for free. Never played a Worms game, but if there are Villuns to play it with, I'm sure there are good times to be had
