I had great fun for my first ville event!

I must admit that I thought our team was very strong and I was hoping for a chance to play Team B, but shucks I think I’ve only played “The Park” once before this tournament. We were well coordinated until that map, and then we didn’t know where to go and what order to do it in. Gotta hand it to Thorn’s team they had a great ambush on us in the end that we just could not reciprocate.

I’m all for another L4D2 scavenge/versus tourny. I was also thinking maybe some kind of survival contest, but this is primarily food for thought.

I agree...Great event and would like to do that again! This was also my 1st Ville (or any other) event of this type and it was very exciting and intense. Almost every match we had went down to the last round and I believe our team was involved in the only match to go to the tiebreak. For me it's was also great to see all the teamwork and sportsmanship by all the players and teams. That's really what makes this group great (thanks!) Special thanks to Team Gator for teaching me a bunch about L4D2 and to Masa and the others who organized the event!

I had a fantastic time! I would love to see more L4D events here at the Ville. I think the one night ~2-3 hour chunk of time is perfect. Thanks for setting this up and subbing for us Masa!
