PS, achievements show weapons.
Spray of Defeat
Use a grenade to gib a player.

I'm thinking that will be the equalizer's taunt, pulling a pin on a grenade.
That is exactly what it is. You know how Valve credited some dudes on the forums for the Equalizer idea? Well one of those dudes posted a thread on the Steam forums quoting an email they'd recieved from Valve regarding it. They go into detail about the weapon, and all that, and mention that it comes with the Soldier's unique kill taunt.
[spoil]He tosses the weapon aside, takes a grenade from his chest, and detonates it right there in his hands, killing himself and any baddies that happen to be right next to him. It has a tight radius, fairly enough.[/spoil]
New favourite thing to do in humiliation? I think so!

I kind of worry now of accidentally hitting the g button.

Re: WAR!
I don't. My taunt button is far, far away from my major use buttons. =P
Why should it be so close? Taunting is not something you need immediate, easy access to. It's something you can stop and mess around with in certain situations.

I should maybe think of rebinding,
My taunt key is g, and my voice key for tf2 is currently f

Re: WAR!
I wonder just how many kills it takes to fill up that rage meter in order to use it, though? Guess we'll find out tomorrow!

Re: WAR!
Ah, yeah, it's damage. I hope you CAN boost it with self damage. It would be awesome to start a match with it like you said.

I was tooling around looking for something, found this and I think we all need to give Noodge some credit here. If only you'd also pestered Robin about this constantly maybe he could have his own special item, too. . . (or maybe he shamelessly ripped the idea off of the guys who got the credit. . .)
COMBAT PICK or THUNDER STEALER: A Vietnam era entrenching pick. Increases in speed and damage the more the soldier using it is hurt. At 200 life it is 10% slower and weaker than the shovel. At 175 life it is the same as the shovel. At 150 life it is 10% faster and more damaging than the shovel. At 100 life it is 20% faster and more damaging. At 75 life it is 30% faster and more damaging. At 50 life it is 40% faster and more damaging. And lastly, at 25 life or less it is 50% faster and has throws 100% critical damage.
The obvious downside is that the soldier is so easy to kill when he is hurt so much. (My goal is to create a weapon that allows a wounded soldier to get a hilarious melee spree if he times his attacks just right.)
