I might join you in the open beta. But monthly fee will drive me away from the game.

I'm still waiting for Guild Wars 2. I loved Guild Wars 1 and all of it's campaigns (did NOT like eye of the north though). The PvP of that game was amazing and you didn't have to grind too much before you got to level 20 (max level) typically you got there in the amount of time it takes you to finish a single player game.

I'm waiting to hear some feedback about it. Haven't you people been playing it now all weekend? You must be really addicted not to have posted about it!
It's a long hard road coming to recover from World of Warcrack, but I hope you'll help me bare the load while I travel that road.

Nah never played Guild Wars. Just the soul draining WoW.
Ayla = Chrono Trigger
Kahly = Kahlan = Sword of Truth series.

I'm kinda fail at coming up with my own names :)

I am having a lot of fun, it's different. I hate questing and I'm having fun in Aion. It's more geared toward grouping up though, soloing is kinda bland once you experience the joy that is a group heh.

Original: Ok

Factions: PvE: Suck, PvP Awesome (faction battles were fun)

Elona: The best of them all

EoTN: Going out with a bang my butt.

"Aion's Open Beta Test featuring version 1.5 will take place 6-13th September "

Not sure how downloading the game will be for people who haven't been in the Closed Beta's... Here's a link to what I downloaded to play in them: http://aion.patcher.ncsoft.com/liteinstaller/aion.exe

I had been following Aion for a while in their forums trying to catch one of the Beta's release but alas I never got there in time. I really wanted to check it out after reading the plans, reviews, etc. I assumed it was going to be far better than that soul sucking WoW game that I was shamefully addicted to for almost a yr.

I am anxious to try Aion but at the same time I am not looking forward to another monthly fee like WoW and do not want to get so wrapped up in another mmorpg.

Still batteling with the demons in my head to figure out if I actually want to risk trying it :-)
