just installed tfc for the first time in a couple of years, whent to join the ville 5, it tryed to download theville.spr and failed then disconnected me saying i aint got before mentioned file. is there anychance someone could either send it me and ill put in the right places or at least help me get around the problem.

Sounds like you guys were trying to play when the modded avanti was running. I think the best way to do this to DL this file

replace the old avanti.bsp with this one in your tfc/maps folder (that'll give you any other custom files too)


Or you can get just DL the sprite if you know where to put it... I dont off the top of my head. But there might more files that need to be DL'ed so the new bsp seems to be a better route =)

It should download from the server, but looks like it is not. I have the files and have tried to upload to the download section, but I am not able too.

Here they are, and Dog you can upload them.

im thinking it may download if you all ready have a sprite folder, but maybe it wont create one.

Its so wierd that it works for some and not for others. I didnt install it on my pc and it dl'd just fine to me. Stupid internet. LOL

Weird...I was checking that and all admins have upload rights and stuff....Hmmm will look at it again....Sorry Hammy!
