New Computer, new Processor question

Building a new computer. Should I get a q9300 processor or an e8500? I torn between quad versus dual. They're the same price. So i'm stuck... please help

Looks like the e8500 is slightly better (less wattage)

but both are 45nm and very good if you ask me. ....

It depends on what you plan to do with it. If you want to render videos or something like that, get the quad-core.

Yea I went with the e8500 after some research. People could OC it to, in some cases, over 4 GHz so I'm gonna do that. I hope it gets here by the end of the week. I never have any luck with UPS I'm excited to finally be able to run TF2 in fullscreen. That little 1024x768 window on my 19" (1440x900) monitor gets annoying. And this case was just too sexy to pass up.
