Big Fire in my town...

You live near Chico? My wife and I lived in Red Bluff for a few months and then Redding for 6 years or so. We're back on the coast near Eureka now though.

Unfortunately, it's that time of year for fires again. :(

Hope they extinguish them before anyone gets hurt.

And australia I think is the most prone to bush fires...

The trees wont spread thier seed unless they get burnt..

It looks like the fire is headed away from Chico. The fire started in the west and is burning east. Nevertheless, I hope things turn out okay for you. Keep in touch so we don't worry about you.

You have no idea how bad of a scare I had last year in San diego.....

Yeah the fire seems to have turned away from the city and out to a more rural area. its up to 19,000 acres now :shock:

yeah, id be more than happy if we didnt have any fires down here this season...last year was devastating enough.

but, good luck all the same Broom..hopefully they get a handle on it soon.
