Need AV program

In 2 days my subscription to Mcafee finally expires.
So now I'm looking for a realiable trust worthy AV program to use.
My requirments are easy.
1) Must be free
2) No freeware/addon crap
3) So easy to use a noob chimpanzee can use it. As thats about my level of tech saviness
Any suggestions?

I've been using Malwarebytes, and had my 13 day free trial.....but it keeps renewing? Hmm. I'd consider it free then, and it works well. MSE is what I'm converting over to. I'd recommend it.
