You know, I'd recommend The Last of Us—since it has what you're looking for—if it weren't for the fact it's a PS3 exclusive, and you're looking for PC games. The most recent game that I hear has a good story, a cinematic feel, and is on PC is Wolfenstein: The New Order. BioShock: Infinite also comes to mind.
