Hey there are always Simulator Roms. I used to play a lot of DOS games, I never had a favorite though. But I use Roms now to play a couple of different games. Will T. wrote:YES.The Domer wrote:I used to play Descent a lot when I was a kid.
I've wondered from time to time if I'd ever be able to find that game again; no luck yet.I'd like to give it another go now that I'm old enough that I might actually know what I'm doing.

Here ya go! Descent 1 and 2, modified to work on modern systems, legal, and DRM free.

Populous
Descent
X-wing
HiOctane
SimCity
Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
Day of the Tentacle
Monkey Island
A Train
Theme Park
Dungeon Master
F1
Red Alert
Command and Conquer
I used to love any game by the developer Bullfrog before EA bought them out.
The scary thing is that I still have them all on 3.5" floppy somewhere

Bullfrog was an incredibly consistent developer. I believe Syndicate Wars was where they first started suckingDog wrote: I used to love any game by the developer Bullfrog before EA bought them out.

Thanks! I'll have to pick it up soon and relive the old days (though hopefully without the tendency to constantly get lost and die that I had back thenAlizée Fan wrote:Will T. wrote:YES.The Domer wrote:I used to play Descent a lot when I was a kid.
