Description tag and strange part needed

I am looking for a description tag and a "Allies Extinguished" part. I had them on my strange flame thrower and then got the silver strange flame thrower and wanted to update it. I have metal, paint, decal or other items to use to trade for it. I've never really wanted to venture on to trade servers or use the warehouse, but would be happy to give someone items/metal to do it for me. Thanks!
