redstone bug alert

for those of us who love redstone contraptions...i have found that with 1.8...torches will not act like not-gates...as in powering a torch will not turn it off...anyone know any non torch...1.8 friendly not-gate schematics?

Really? I havent had any trouble with my redstone devices. The torches seem to turn off for me when powered.

yeah no issues here. me and marf are making all kinds of switches oldschool and piston driven

not working for me...and i checked on minecraft wiki...its listed as a bug...ill try it again

I haven't had any issues with redstone torches not turning off when the block they're on is powered. But you could make a NOT gate easily enough with a sticky piston.
