It's been released.

Seems faster. The GUI looks nice, too. :)

Now just to find out if it eats up memory after extended lengths of time :P

I'm liking it so far, but I don't get why my bookmarks are showing in my location bar(address area) when I hit the down arrow, you know how it saves the sites you've been to in that location bar? Instead it's showing me a few of my bookmarks, instead of url's I've entered and I can't figure out how to turn that off, if it's possible. Anyone have any ideas how I can turn that feature off?

Here's a picture:

URL's I type aren't being saved in this bar, instead when I hit the arrow for the drop down menu it shows half of my bookmarks and I can't scroll down. Is there a way to turn it off so my bookmarks don't show in the location bar? I have a bookmarks menu up along the top of the browser, I don't like them in my location bar as well.

I'll have to play with it when I get home. I don't have any bookmarks on my work computer.

The URL's in the drop down are a mix of your most recently most often visited sites. When you start typing sth into the bar a title of a page or so firefox will try to find matches in your recently visited sites and will list them there too.

I really like the new bar, even if i got a bit shocked that it has been almost totally redesigned :)

Yeah I know, but it's showing sites I haven't been to in a month or more, hence my bookmarks, it's not showing me my recently visited sites, just my bookmarks. :(
