either look at the HP media elites in retailers, under 800 if recycling moniter. What do you want to do with your computer?

If you're building, you definitely want to order from NCIX since you're in BC. 
Here's something I threw together in 5 minutes from their sale page:

It's pretty close to what I'm running, and it'll more than handle TF2 and the like. Obviously you want to do a lot more research before you buy, but that's a good idea of what you can get for $800 if you build yourself.
