Reserve Slot Glitch

Occasionally TV6 (and possibly other servers) get stuck at 23/24 players, sometimes for quite a while. If you try to join, you get told that the server is full. Im guessing it has something to do with reserve slot feature.
I don't mind getting slotted since its the donators that pay the bills, but its a pain to get back in since I can't set TF2 to auto join like I would if it were 24/24 players.

This is actually a problem with Steam losing track of clients and reporting the wrong player count. They recently changed it so the browser gets player info from Steam instead of the game server.
