Launch Properties

So after installing some new computer equipment and reinstalling Vista and Steam i realize that my launch properties are missing for the games I play. So what are the launch properties I need to make sure L4D finds a Ville Server? What are the properties i need to make TF2 run windowed without a border?
Are there any other good ones I should know about but may have forgotten to include?

L4D, setting search key:
+sv_search_key theville
(you can also just add "sv_search_key theville" to autoexec.cfg or something)

Window, noborder:
-windowed -noborder

Disable the launch videos:
-novid
