Anyone know much about air conditioning?

definitely not huge tvs and such..... supposedly the inside unit has water dripping, not sure exactly what that means but its odd, and yes its set at 75 or 80 and it says its 75 or 80 and its still running sooo

He was back again today and messed around outside a bit and ended up putting more freon in and then was inside messing around and taking stuff apart, so obviously even with a new unit there must still be a leak somewhere, said hes gonna check back tomorrow

Do you have a package unit outside, or is part of the system located in the home somewhere?
