Guinness is a delicious stout that I've enjoyed for years. I find it is excellent by itself. My father, while in the Army in Georgia, discovered a delightful blending of beer and stout called a "Musty." Take your beer of choice and fill a chilled pint glass half-way, then fill the rest with, lets say, Guinness. Enjoy!

We call these "Black&Tans"

In college our favorite beer garden had $5 pitchers of cheap beer and $2 pints of Guinness. We'd buy one of each and mix them.

My current favorite is Founder's Breakfast Stout, although its definitely NOT an everyday drinking beer:

I'm still trying to get my hands on some Kentucky Breakfast Stout (Beer Advocate #6), which ironically is not distributed in Kentucky. Aged a year in bourbon barrels for extra goodness:

Yeah the canned Guinness pints are pretty darn good...the Murphy's Stout ones are almost as good and usually a buck cheaper per 4pack....

Lot of Guinness and Irish ale drinkers out there! *cheers
When I lived in Durango, CO, used to love the Ska Brewing company. Some of you western villuns might be able to obtain this. Very good beer and ales!
I liked Fat Tire, but there were other microbrews I thought were better.

I prefer free beer. It goes down smoother than any other.

Re: What is your favorite beer...
I will have to say Root beer because it's not beer ( no hops and that other stuff beer has ) and it doesnt have the taste of alcohol (
). Keep in mind that I only tried one type of beer and I am scared to try other types of beer
.
