Bots on Server XII

Is there a way to we could add bots to our CS:S server XII.

If you do, I suggest a moderately high difficulty... They are very easy to kill

I believe there's bots on TV5. I like having no bots on TV12 because if we actually feel like playing we dont have to deal with getting someone to remove the bots. It's been a while but the last I heard is that server admins weren't even able to remove bots, could have changed though.

Isn't there a way to automatically remove the bots as more players join the server?

Thats how its supposed to work. As more humans join the bots fall off.
But TV V is running an older version and I cannot join.
