Removing the death kill stats window?

Does anyone know how to remove this window? With the constant respawn this thing is nearly always present. It wouldn't be a problem except for it is right over my crosshairs so I cannot at first glance tell where I am aiming.

Just press any number along the top of your keyboard, that takes away the death/kill stats screen.

It gets annoying though i wish there was another way

Try typing settings and see if there's an option there.
