Is this possible for a type of CTF map....?
A central part of the map contains the Intelligence.
Players run to the center grab the Intelligence and run back to their base to capture it.
There can be multiple intelligences all over the map. If a player drops the Intelligence, it disappears.
The goal is for teams to capture as many Intelligences as they can....
...or am I gonna have to write a new plugin?

Almost finished this concept using Turbine. 
The version I've done has 20 intelligences and 10 minutes a round. If an intelligence is dropped, it's lost forever. If the intelligence is capped, it returns to the middle.
A team needs three captures to win. That number will be the biggest thing to keep an eye out for.
