Super Brawl '08

Let's get ready for the Super Bowl with our own Super Brawl!!! We are holding a TF2 melee contest! Probably on meleebarn. Top 3 scores get Team Fortress Classic gifted to them through Steam *please see rules below.


Those generous KILAAKS have also thrown in a free copy Windows Freecell for the top 3. KILAAK KOMANDER offered to come and install it himself. :D


Sunday Jan 27th 8:00 PM Central

Password - To be announced

This event will be open to anyone on the forums. Get there early as slots will fill fast.

Itinerary for the night:

8 - 8:30 - Map of choice
8:30 - 9:00 Melee contest
9:00 - ? Map of choice



* Rules on Melee contest and prizes
- Must not already own TFC to be eligible for TFC gift, if one of the top 3 already owns it, we'll default to the next top killer.
- In case of a tie kills per death wins
- Top 3 kills within the half hour wins
- FF will be on
- Screenshots will be taken at end of round for scoring.

Oh wow, this sounds really exciting and I look forward to having a fun melee war.

Just a question.. will friendly fire be on?

I happen to be one of those that do not have TFC. :shock:

*runs away from an angry mob who revere TFC in all its glory*

ZOMG WINDOWS FREE CELL!11! Free installation from the Kommander!?!

Now that is a great reward.

Oh, and btw.. GO GIANTS (not a giants fan, just a patriots hater)

oh and if it comes down me and Carpe, round 2 will take place. Otherwise, Round 2 will take place anyway to start off the tournament.

This is very important. Since a lot of Villuns played TFC, you could finish last in the Super Brawl and still win a prize!
