I was listening the other night in The ville VI server about people talking who is the best in each class of TF2.
What do you guys think! Also who do you think is the best TF2'r skill wise on the Ville Servers.

I'll remove mine as well. As I stated in my original post these kinds of threads usually result in people voting for who's popular and friends. But, I don't think anyone should get their feelings hurt over such a thing and there's still a bit of a fun factor in seeing people's opinions.

Threads like these usually never turn out good. But it's been said, who really cares?

The problem is, it's very subjective. Everyone plays with different players and circumstances may determine how 'good' a player appears.

I'd say the players that are "Best in Class" are the ones that choose the right class depending on the needs of their team. *Most* people can play a class semi-effectively, but no matter how good you are you're useless to the team if you're playing the wrong class.

Well, threads like this reveal the over-inflated egos and attitudes of certain players. People do notice. So maybe it serves a justifiable purpose?

I think (for fear of hurting a LOT of people's feelings) the admins really should lock this thread.

It really would become more of a popularity contest than true "best at..", and it would suffer from the same issue people have with the stats: the more you play, the higher you are ranked.

For example, someone said I am one of the better heavies. I disagree. If you look at kills/hour of play time as a heavy, I'm probally one of the lower ranked players. I just play a lot, I'm kinda loud and bossy, so therefore people think I'm good.

Let's all agree that we all have our "list" of "best players", and leave the lists private
