Eh, if that's my pitfall in there, it needs to go. I'm currently on version B 8063 or something close to that.

quite frankly, i think you should remove dustbowl, 2 fort, and warpath as we have a 24/7 server of each.

Well I don't mind dustbowl being on there because it defaults to that when the server empties to help it fill. The time limit could be reduced however. I just hate how everyone bails on map changes, its so hard to keep that server full and going.

Sure they are server fillers, but on the custom server, once it gets full on one of the server fillers and switches to a custom.. it basically clears out.. You may get 5-10 who stay around but even after a few mins they leave.

What my learned friends say is true.
Keeping TV4 filled is so hard without resorting to stocks.
It's all very well saying "Customs only", but where is everyone when it comes to keeping the server filled? TV4 sits at 10/24 for many maps.....change to Dustbowl every so often and it fills again.
Throwing a stock or two in there keeps the server alive and very often, if the fun is good, people will hang around for a custom....
It is so frustrating watching the server die off every so often, because of customs that everyone here wants, but nobody plays.

I've seen the server sit empty running a stock map (dustbowl) too. I don't know. I can see both sides, but I think as a "custom map" server it should run customs only. My two pence...

Any custom map server (I dont care what game it is) suffers from the lack of ability to tap into the mainstream pubber .... The more customs it runs, the more chance of it slipping into the abyss of empty servers. Running a few maps like dustbowl and warpath have to be on there. I know it sucks when 4 out of 7 servers happen to be running dustbowl, but thats where were at right now. There are other technical reasons behind it as well.
