Error connecting to TV servers

I get this weird message today after I connect to a server:

I have no idea what is this extrafile, and unfortunately, I don't see the complete name :?

that's weird. try deleting clientregistry.blob???

OK, I did a complete restart, and everything is alright now. I don't know what happened :)
