REALLY need a way to scramble server

I have been playing here a long time and the current format is preferable to my tastes; just remind players that the culture of the ville promotes unstacking, I'm sure there are more gosu players who are willing to switch up teams than you think.

Not saying it's not in violation of the rules, but the rules are next to impossible to enforce so I fear we must learn to live with it.

My understanding, the rule is generally violated if said player goes into spectate and waits for a slot to reopen up on the other side; made worse by the fact that 70% of the time this forces another "autobalance" to accomplish their goal. I will call people out on this and will frequently point it out to any admins presently on the server.

This is the only admin power I would ever want: the ability to force team switches for people who are this unsportsmanlike. Dodging autobalance, no matter how flawed autobalance is, is hands-down one of my largest pet peeves in all of gaming, not just TF2. I honestly despise people who can't accept a forced team swap. Yes I know it's not fun, having been on the receiving end of it multiple times, but suck it up, be a sport, and lead the "bad" team to victory now that you're a part of it.
