Umm a couple of things could have happened to cause that.

1. engiee was killed and he had hit drop Item button and that is just how it fell in place
2. engiee Jump and Hit drop Item its like throwing it and that is how it ended up
3. engiee is haxing.
4. Dog was messing around with you guys.

Number 1 is my bet
