Well said, B. I need to learn to be more diplomatic.

I apologize if I was harsh, but to me, it just sounds like you guys flagrantly thumb your nose at this community. I should also point out (and maybe I'm wrong) there seems to be an exclusive and elitist attitude also.
server rules were followed, and quite a few got kicked for team stacking, so its been decided not to use the tag anymore, as its considered clan stacking...
reason is, most if not all the regulars like to play on the same team.. ie optimus with me and schwarz and kookoo and poof, team stacking..
Maybe I'm confused, but what I'm understanding is that you and your clanmates purposely stack on the same team without wearing your tags. Now, just because you don't wear your tag anymore is your reasoning that this does not qualify as "clan stacking?" Is that correct?

At best, your contention appears to me that you're claiming to follow the letter of the law, but not the intent.
and by all means respect server rules
I'm sorry, but I fail to see how. :uhuh:
DOW, you do a whole lot of complaining about our "stacking", yet you've never seen us playing in action. WHENEVER a team is getting rolled, you'll see a member of [tLD](incognito or not) switching or offering to switch. And regarding the incognito thing, a lot of the regulars are in [tLD], but don't use the tag. I like to use it, my name looks bad without it. Mad Max for instance looks bad with it. I think its somewhat mental. If you see a bunch of people with basically the same name, they look much more unified and... how do you say it... "pro".

Even if we're not! Some of us aren't too good at this game, for sure we have our weak classes (sniper for me... demo for opti).
[tLD] = "the Llama's Den"

...totally accurate and appropriate name.
This was completely unnecessary, DOW. I really hope you were kidding, because its just a name, and we're some of the most positive gamers around. I take attacks on us personally, and right now, you're the one being a llama.
I'm having a hard time understanding it to, DOW. They have found a way to go around the server rules, that apply to everyone else, and still do what they are doing and no repercussion's. Even if they're not wearing there tags, it would still constitute team stacking would it not? Technically with no tags it's not clan stacking, but it still is team stacking, 'specially if there's like 1 or 2 waiting in spec to get on the same team.

I don't know, I'm completely baffled.
Again, we never have anyone waiting in spec so we can stack... The other day, we were having so much fun, and both teams had people of equal skill on them. I, for once, wasn't annoyed when I got auto balanced, because I got to go to a new group of friends!

Sorry to seem mad or annoyed, but that's just because... well, I AM. Most of you haven't played with us that much before, and you make judgments on our play style, and that doesn't sit very well with me...

No hard feelings anyone, I look forward to playing with you all for many years to come :D

(DOW, hop onto the dustbowl server any night and you'll see what I'm talking about. A warning though, most of the time there's only 2 or 3 tlds and a bunch of more regs [who we'd let into tLD, we're not elitist, just like letting people we KNOW in] on there. )

They were forced to remove it because whenever an admin decided to randomly join the dustbowl server (which seemed to be few and far between) if they saw the clan tags, they threw a fit, no matter if it was an even match or not.

I remember a game ending on a very strong stand on the 4th point (point 2-2) in the opening round of the game, it was down to the wire, and the D barely got the enemy off the cap when the time ran out. Some admin saw 3 tLD on the defense, and even though it was one of the most even games I had seen, they started shuffling people around, and ironically their team steamrolled to 6 caps right after that. The same thing happened with a rather epic hold on the final cap, it was really even, and then an admin decided to throw a random shuffle because he was angry his team couldn't get the last cap and 3 tLD were on the other team, leading to a 6 pt 22 min left on the clock steamrolling the next round.

Thats a few examples out of many, im not going to name names or give times, but that kind of thing happened a lot. From what I saw it was just to save hastles and let the game be played by not running with the tags.

They aren't a bunch of stackers, heck if more than one gets on the same team, typically its to their disadvantage because they start screwing around.

You're not wrong, DOW. Sickens me to see them try to justify themselves for bending the rules and not having repercussions and to think some of them signed up for the cup. :?

A mod is welcome to lock this thread or something. It's getting no where fast, just a lot of mud-slinging that's going to get out of hand here. Biting my tongue. :P

The real problem is everyone's perception of them is team stackers and stat whores. Doesn't matter whether the perception is right or wrong, it's just what it is. Most people here don't give a crap about stats so when you make a post like this they see it as bragging and that makes the perception of you worse.
