Looks like it may be just the flame thrower that's the candle, one of those thin long candles cut to size, I'd hate to see that whole thing burn.. gives me an idea, I may try to make one out of clay and see how it turns out. :P

Well, I looked into it and it appears it's just a custom built thing made by a guy who likes making stuff, made entirely by hand, mind you, from what appears to be clay or something similar. The creator cites it took about 20 hours. I would doubt it would be possible to procure one :(.

Also, from what I read, it appears that the top of the flamethrower accomodates a small candle, the figure itself will not melt.
