Your favorite TF2 map

Post by Robert E. Lee » Sat Oct 06, 2007 2:09 pm

Whats your favorite TF2 map so far? I personally love cp_well. 2fort is waaay to small of a map for 24-32 player. It seems you can't even make it out of your base with that many people. I love well because it's spread out and is easy for a spy to get behind the enemy.

I've come to like granary alot, also gravelpit can be fun. I really don't like hyrdo much, maybe cause I've only played it once and really haven't gave it much of a chance, maybe after I've played it a few more times I'll enjoy it. :)

I like hydro because it's one of the new breed of Source2 maps coming out. A map that changes all the time is a map that holds my interest! One day you could be fighting the tunnels hard, while other days you're pushing the ledges and ladders...awesome map!

I like warpath. I mean granary.

I've come to like hydro alot. Granary is another favorite... think the maps work exellent with TF2.

I don't like 2fort at all, does't work well at all. With too many SG:s dustbowl doesn't play that well either.

I have to echo what others have said, until class limits are put in place some of the maps dont work well with the number of players on them.

I cant say that I have a favorite map, they all annoy me in one form or another :)

But of the choices I would think that gravel pit and Hydro are the ones I like most right now.

cp_avantiville is going to be a new favorite soon I hope :)

stutter...im guilty of having feelings for the new 2fort as well. maybe cause it's fresh..exciting..and new. the magic and mystery of the original 2fort is gone.

i'm loving hydro and its morphing abilities as well.

I used to despise dustbowl, but now it's probably my favorite map.

The same goes for well.

I like dustbowl just because it reminds me of the good old days of TFC :D

I still enjoy hydro and granary though

Am I the only one that thinks Hydro is the worst map ever!?

I used to dislike the old Dustbowl, but I love it now. I also like 2Fort and Well.

Has anyone played warpath yet. I found a server with a beta copy so I joined to get the map.

It looks just like the old one.
