RAGE: Worth it?

Right now RAGE is the daily deal on steam, going for $15.00 US. I know this game was received horribly when it first came up mostly due to graphical bugs. Does anyone here own this game and care to say whether it would be a good pick up for its current price, or is it just not worth it?

Hmm, hard to say. If it's a game you already wanted, and had refrained from buying due to price/early glitches etc, it probably is worth the 15 bucks. If it's a game you didn't feel either way about, but are looking at because of ID Software's past records and such, I'd say don't. Though the shooter portions are sufficiently shootery, they just aren't the prime focus of the game.

n.b. I only played the early sections before getting bored and wandering off. People who've played the middle and end-game parts might have a different experience.

i bought it during the steam winter sale... played if for a bit... I uninstalled it.
