Re: Guild Wars 2
There's a old guild that a bunch of us Villians used to use, but I don't think the rest of it are active. If somebody wanted to make a new one, I wouldn't be opposed to it.
Re: Guild Wars 2
My main's name is Light Guardian Jack if you want add me. I've got good connections to the largest guild in the game currently if you want to complete either Tequatl or the Triple Trouble Wurm.
In the meantime, enjoy the main game, it's probably best blind with the only tip I can give is don't ignore the story dungeons if you guys can get a full team by yourselves.

On a related note, a dungeon night would be neat.

Re: Guild Wars 2
Thanks for the advice Guardian. So far i'm enjoying the game, especially world events but a few things do confuse me. Is there a way to trade with friends other than mailing items? If anyone wants to group up just shoot me a msg. Also if any of you veterans have anymore advice please throw it my way!

Re: Guild Wars 2
Unfortunately no, you can either give items through the mail or sell/buy them on the trading post. Anet wanted to eliminate any "Black market" trading outside the TP so peer to peer trading is not present in the game.

Next question. Is there some way to break up a stack of items? I've tried everything I could think of to no success.

You can, kinda. Just stay with the zerg of people and spam stuff at people. If you get caught out by yourself you'll probably get smashed. You'll learn over time what you can face and what you can't.

easiest thing to do would probably follow a commander, they will likely have anything from a small group to a large zerg following and taking objectives. all you need need to do is follow and hit/shoot things (like pve, you will get credit for kills - and the xp/wxp - as long as you can get a few hits in). aoe skills are useful then. also pickup supply whenever your at a supply camp, to help build siege or repair walls/gates. dont take any from towers or keeps though, unless the commander specifically says so.Jesus_Faction wrote:is it even possible to play wvw before max level? not sure how the low tier servers do things, but there should almost always be a commander on every borderland and eternal battlegounds.
another option is edge of the mists. this is basically similar normal wvw maps, but all servers that are the same color fight together. usually most will have a large zerg running around capping objectives, while other sides do the same. basically farming the hell out of it. good way to farm champ bags and wxp if you want it. and occasionally get some good fights too.

Re: Guild Wars 2
So is there a guild situation? A buddy just started one merely for more bag space. So if anyone is interested in joining or has something going on please let me know.

Re: Guild Wars 2
Also I've yet to run a dungeon. If anyone wants to let me know because I'd much rather try it the first time with people who wouldn't get angry when I do something stupid.
