Carpe drew my attention to this thread. Thanks for posting. I mean, it would be nice if they were to ask first to install THEIR software on OUR machines.

You know, because some people don't have unlimited bandwith to give away to companies.

I remember using Pando way back in the day for some file-sharing, when it wasn't half bad.

Sadly, I guess this is their business model now.

There's also an option in the control panel for pando, that you can uncheck so it doesn't start when you start windows... in case it reinstalls itself on a LOL update (no idea if it gets reinstalled if it's not there).

I noticed the installation during my install. I kept it on for awhile thinking maybe it was used as part of the game. Then when people started making threads like these on the LoL forums I uninstalled it.
