I'd think about giving it another short but then I'd have to buy a 360 or something.

The enjoyed original Halo very much. I played co-op with my brother over and over again. For us it was the first really good cooperative play since Super NES Contra. Was great fun for those who were late to get the first XBox. Never played online.

Then I played Halo 2...

Gawd awful rubbish.

Never played Halo 3 so I reserve judgment, and wasn't quite sure if ODST was a short film or a game so ditto. Don't have a 360, and want to build a new PC rig, so no plans there.

If Microsoft would ever port it to PC I might try it.

I've been playing Reach, but haven't spent that much time on it. I've occasionally been playing it in between classes, on weekends and on some other days when I'm not working. I'd say in total maybe 8-10 hours since the day it came out.

I own Halo 1 (PC) and Halo 3 still, and used played Halo 2 with a friend from time to time when it first came out. Overall, I'd say I'm a pretty big fan, and besides NHL games, Halo is probably my favorite series.

So far I'd say Reach is pretty decent. I'm kinda not a fan of the whole "pick your class" thing, but it really doesn't bother me that much. If your smart and pick the right class, it could really help your team win the game. I like how they added the new system where you can buy armor and even save up to buy a multitude of things for your online character.

I was kind of upset that they got rid of the Battle Rifle, but the DMR is a pretty damn good replacement and the fact that they added the needle rifle kind of makes up for the loss of the BR.

I also really like how they added Team Arena, it's fun to play 4 on 4s if you can get some friends online.

I'm not. Ha-ha, I was never very good at Halo 3 multiplayer and would always get owned by that darn gun.

If I my gold subscription didn't end I would buy this game, but I'm currently saving up my money, so I don't have a lot of spendin' money.

I must be the only one who likes both equally.
I own:

38 GameCube titles
25 PS2 titles
22 DS games
15 Wii titles
10 XBox titles
8 XBox 360 titles
and a smorgasbord of SNES, NES, GBA, PS1, etc titles.

I love console games.
I hate console FPS.

There is a distinction. Some genres PC's dominate at (FPS, RTS), and in others consoles blow them out of the water (Platformer, Fighting), and some are a neutral zone which do well on both (Racing, RPG)
