Infy I can tell you now, that if default spawns aren't used on payload maps they become pretty much impossible for a certain side to win (either R or B depending on map, usually the attackers).

The people who make the maps playtest with default spawn and balance the map around it.

No map should pop up every vote. IMHO Map rotation should be kept to a max of 10 to 12, so that people aren't constantly playing on maps they never heard of. Rock The Vote just means that if enough people want to vote on a new map a vote option will come up.

basically if a percentage of people type "rtv" a votemap command will be issued and people can vote on a new map.

On TV4 it was 10 or 15 maps ina rotation with 5 maps up for vote each time. Was just curious if the rotation had changed i.e. all maps on server are up for vote now or if any maps had been added/deleted from the rotation.

Has the format for voting been changed at all?
