Yeah it needs a spin up time nerf, heavies are just hopping around and avoiding the movement speed penalty with almost no effort at all.

I love CS maps- they remind me of my childhood and I think they are generally well put-together and balanced. But remember in CS there are only two objectives or else it's elimination mode.
