Hey does anyone have any idea why I can't get on TV II and III. My ping recently on the servers is at like 1500 and I don't know how to fix it. Any clues on how to fix this?

hello everyone, i tried to get on theville server 2, which i think is the test server, but i cant connect because it says that there is a reliable somethin overflow. can anyone help me?
