Yes there are servers. Just fire up steam and do search by game. It can be tough to find a full server in the US with a decent ping but I've manged to play it quite a bit. Multiplayer is not as good as the single but it's pretty good.

I've got it and have been playing both the single player and multi player. Single player is great. So far I've only managed to find european servers running the multi player and although my pings have sucked it's still a great game. It takes a bit to get used to without any guns to fire
