hello all,

im having a problem with steam, steam window poped up and said updating steam platform, so i let it update while i watched a movie, when i ended the movie it was still a 0% so i closed steam and restarted steam it started to download and got to 9% and then went back to 0%. so i figured i would uninstall steam completely and reinstall, after reinstalling and opening steam the same thing happens but now it resets to 0% after reaching 30% any help on getting this issue fixed

i deleted .blob, and im still having the same problem ill keep searching the ville and steam forums
