Pangya is a free to play Golf game along similar lines to Mario Golf and Super Swing Golf. The same developers who made Pangya also made Super Swing Golf, so if you've played that then you'll know what you'll be getting yourself into by playing Pangya.

A group of us have been playing this game over the past week or so and we've been having a blast. If you're interested in trying it out join us on Teamspeak and give it a try!

Here's how you get started:

1. Go to http://pangya.gamerage.com/Download/GameClient.aspx and download and install the program
2. When the install is finished go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Pando Media Booster. While this step won't stop you from playing, it's an extra program that it installs that is unnecessary
3. Somewhere along the line it's going to have you create an account. Keep in mind that your account name will NOT be the one we see in game, your in game name is called your nickname which you will create after the game updates
4. Join a server and a room, doesn't matter which, and play both the Beginner and Intermediate tutorial. This will teach you the basics of the game and some advanced shots, completing these will get you some free powerups and items that upgrade your stats
5. Go to your mailbox and claim the items you won, then go to My Room and equip the items you won

You are ready to start playing Pangya with villuns now!

Couple of tips with this game to keep in mind:

- When you change the resolution in the game it will not change it when you are on the main menu. When you are in a game it will change the resolution to what you set it to.
- The shop in the game has various items for sale with Pang and Points. Pang is the in game currency you win by playing games, Points are earned by spending money thus the free to play aspect of the game. A lot of items are either Points only or Pang only, but you can still have a quite enjoyable time without throwing down any money.
- Before you purchase an item, make sure you are able to use it! Some items require you to be a certain level in order to use.

Oh man......its been at least 6 years since I last heard about this game.

The game used to be called Albatross18, I used to play it in like 2005ish or something or rather. Last week I was really bored and wanted to play golf, so i dug it up and still enjoy it.

Does it get super silly like Shot Online? That always annoyed me when I end up playing on volcanoes and crap.

I was having a great round on Blue Lagoon, but one mistake got me a Par on an easy putt and I missed out on a medal again...
